High Season (Nov 1st - April 30th)

Low Season (May 1st - October 30th)

$3100 USD / week

$490 USD / night *

*Three night minimum for all bookings and

one week minimum at Christmas and Easter

 We ask for a 50% deposit in order to reserve dates, and the remaining balance is due at the time of arrival. Payments can be processed via checks, cash, direct bank transfer within Mexico, or PayPal (with a 5% surcharge). We encourage travel insurance. Once we have accepted your reservation, we block off that time and cannot offer it to others.  In the event of a necessary cancellation, if we have at least 60 days notice, we will refund half of the deposit.
